FORT WAYNE SPORT CLUB TO HOST KICKBALL TOURNAMENT
The 1st ever Fort Wayne Sport Club Kickin’ It For Kids’ Sake Charity Kickball Tournament Fundraiser to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters will take place at Fort Wayne Sport Club, 3102 Ardmore Avenue, Fort Wayne starting at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 30th. The proceeds from the tournament will benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana.
Take a step back to the playground of your childhood and bring together 10 pals to play kickball. Form a co-ed team of ten players (five male and five female) to participate in the Fort Wayne Sport Club’s 1st ever Kickin’ It For Kids’ Sake Charity Kickball Tournament. The entry fee is $150 per team which includes round robin tournament play, commemorative t-shirts, participant bags containing day of event favors and much more. The Fort Wayne Sport Club was founded in 1927 by an active group of soccer players who immigrated to the Fort Wayne area from Germany in the aftermath of World War I. Fort Wayne Sport Club is a hub of soccer activity, with programs for recreational and competitive soccer players from age 4-years to 30-and-over. The German culture is celebrated in the many social events enjoyed by club members.
