EDNA I. SPATT, 88, of Fort Wayne, passed away at DeKalb Memorial Hospital on Friday, November 25, 2011. She was born February 9, 1923 in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin to the late Alonzo and Charlotte (Cook) Magee.
Mrs. Spatt was a homemaker, a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, and a WWII Navy Veteran.
Surviving are her children, Madeline (John) Walburn of Auburn, Sandy (Chris) Brough of Fort Wayne, Linda (Creed) Cunningham of Brownsburg, Indiana, Debra (Paul) Nielsen of Fort Wayne, Sharon (Kevin) Zwick of Fort Wayne, Louie (Christine) Spatt of Fort Wayne, and Larry (Annette) Spatt of Fort Wayne; twenty seven grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
Also preceding her in death were her husband, Louie Spatt and ten siblings.
Mass of Christian Burial was on Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 2120 South Harrison Street, Fort Wayne, IN. Visitation on Monday, November 28, 2011 from 4 to 8 P.M. at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne, IN. Burial in Catholic Cemetery.
