MILDRED ELINOR SNYDER, 99

MILDRED ELINOR SNYDER, 99, of Fort Wayne, passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at home. She was born March 28 to the late Walter and Jessie A. Warble Rex in Syracuse, Indiana. She was a loving homemaker and enjoyed playing the piano and organ. She married the late Richard E. Snyder in 1933.

She is survived by one son, Richard Snyder of Columbia City, one daughter Mary Gail (Keith) Ridenour of Fort Wayne; six grandchildren, Rick D. (Penny) Snyder, Bill R. Snyder, Mike K. Snyder, Keith L. (Joy) Ridenour, Larry (Holly) Ridenour and Laura Ridenour; nine great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.

Memorial service to be held on Saturday, October 22, 2011 at 11:00am St. Matthew United Methodist Church, 1460 E 500 N, Columbia City, IN.

Preferred memorials may be made to Nightingale Hospice, BrightStar Home Care – Fight to End Alzheimers, or St. Matthews United Methodist Church.
