ROBERT E. GILLIAN, 83

ROBERT E. GILLIAN, 83, passed away at Hospice Home in Fort Wayne on Friday, October 29, 2010. He was born in Fort Wayne on August 15, 1927 to the late Harold and Delpha (Emerick) Gillian. He retired from Fort Wayne Community Schools in 1992. He was a member of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years Jane K. (Conrad) Gillian of Fort Wayne; his children, Kathy (John) Gardlik of Cincinnati, OH, Karen (Ray) Auker of Fort Wayne and Ken Gillian of Fort Wayne; six grandchildren, Cory, Laura, Samuel, Matt, Mark and Rebecca (Andrew).

He was preceded in death by one grandson, Michael.

Funeral service was at 11:00 AM, Monday, November 1, 2010 at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, 1819 Reservation Dr., Fort Wayne with calling 1 hour prior. Visitation was from 3 – 7 PM on Sunday, October 31, 2010 at the church.

Burial at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
