MARZEE YVONNE LENWELL, 81

MARZEE YVONNE LENWELL, 81, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Sunday, December 20, 2009, at her residence. Born September 6, 1928, in Bluffton, she retired from Navistar as a secretary in 1996.

Surviving are her sons, Chris J. Lenwell of San Francisco, California, Kim (Glenda) Lenwell of Roanoke and Martyn F. (Charlene) Lenwell of Ossian; one brother, Arlin Kimmer of Bluffton; one sister, Karen Fellows of Martinsville, Indiana; four grandchildren, Aaron M. (Dr. Kristy) Lenwell of Scottsburg, Indiana, Craig E. (Amber) Lenwell of Roanoke, Casey J. (Linda) Lenwell of Ossian and Amanda K. Lenwell of Indianapolis; and great-granddaughter, Quinn M. Lenwell of Roanoke.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Lois (McLaughlin) Kimmer; and her son, Rick Lenwell.

Calling for family and friends was from 2 to 6 p.m. Wednesday at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne. A private committal service will be held at a later date. Burial in Spider Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Visiting Nurse & Hospice Home or Foundation for Art and Music in Elementary Education.
