“DANCING WITH THE STARS” GRINENKO TO APPEAR AT AMERICAN STYLE BALLROOM
Elena Grinenko is currently partnered with Tony Dovolani. Together they are undefeated National and World champions in the American Rhythm Category. They recently retired from dance sport competitions and continued their careers as coaches, adjudicators and consultants for Fred Astaire Dance Studios all over the country.
This week, Thursday, May 14 and Friday, May 15, they will be appearing at American Style Ballroom, 6040 North Clinton, Fort Wayne, for a dance workshop including swing, bolero, rumba, and cha cha style dances. For more information please contact 480-7070 and ask for Patric Didier or Jeanne Cross.
Together with a great team of people, Grinenko and Dovolani are the developers and promoters of the Ballroom Dance Channel. It is a website that has been developed to be the cutting edge in online and mobile based dance lessons with well known professionals who are now television personalities in their own right.
Elena’s more common claim to fame is her role on ABC’s hit “Dancing with the Stars.” She was partnered with CNN anchor Tucker Carlson in season 3 and NBA Legend, Clyde Drexler, in season 4. Elena Grinenko also had guest appearances on many talk shows, like The View, Good Morning America, ABC news and so on.
