BARRY E. SHAW, 48

BARRY E. SHAW, 48, passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2009, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, he was a manager with CVS on Getz Road. He was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church, Southside Optimist Club and Lincoln Museum.

“A beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and a true friend, always giving but never asking.”

He is survived by his spouse, Tammy J. Shaw of Fort Wayne; sons, Fred (Sami) Shaw, Jon Shaw and Nick Shaw, all of Fort Wayne; sister, Cindy (Mike) Dellinger of Columbia City; and in-laws, Phyllis (Bob) Weiland of Fort Wayne.

Barry was preceded in death by his parents, John and Mary Lou Shaw.

Mass of Christian Burial was 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Henry Catholic Church, 2929 E. Paulding Road, with calling one hour prior. Fr. Daniel Durkin officiating. Calling also from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave., with Rosary at 7:30 p.m. Entombment in Highland Park Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to his children c/o Tammy Shaw.
