RICHARD N. WYSS, 81, of Fort Wayne, died Sunday, March 8, 2009, at Lutheran Homes. Born December 18, 1927, in Allen County, he was a life long farmer and member of St. Therese Catholic Church. He served in the Army during the Korean Conflict.
Surviving are his sisters, Marjorie (Donald) Borne, Ileen Kryder and Shirley (Paul) Loshe, all of Fort Wayne.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jeanette (Huth) Wyss, in 1996; parents, Andrew and Louise (Hake) Wyss; sister, Vivian Wyss; and brothers, Elmer Wyss, Jerome Wyss, Donald Wyss, and Eugene Wyss.
Mass of Christian Burial was Friday, March 13 at St. Therese Catholic Church. Visitation was Thursday, March 12 at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne, with Rosary service. Burial in Catholic Cemetery.
