ALICE ELIZABETH DUFF, 87

ALICE ELIZABETH DUFF, 87, of Yoder, died Sunday, August 17, 2008, at Markle Health Care & Rehabilitation. Born March 26, 1921, in Root Township, Adams County, she was a homemaker and retired from Bowmar in 1986. She was a member of Risen Savior Lutheran Church.

Surviving are sons, Kermit (Ila) Duff of Fort Wayne, Brent Duff of New Haven and Brian Duff of Yoder; daughters, Joan (Thomas) Jackson of New Haven and Yvonne (Jerrome) Hoschouer of Bradford, Ohio; sister, Charlotte Proshek of Bradenton, Florida; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond L. Duff, on November 26, 1989; son, Bruce Duff; and brother, Arthur Cook.

Service was Thursday, August 21, 2008 at Risen Savior Lutheran Church, 8010 W. Jefferson Blvd., Fort Wayne, Visitation was Wednesday, August 20, 2008 at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road. Burial in Oak Lawn Cemetery, Ossian.
