RALPH EDWARD JACKEMEYER, 83
RALPH EDWARD JACKEMEYER, 83, of Fort Wayne, died Wednesday, April 9, 2008, at Englewood Health & Rehabilitation. Born October 7, 1924, in Fort Wayne, he was a World War II Navy veteran. He was a General Foreman at Magnavox, retiring in 1980. He was a member of Magnavox Quarter Century Club.
Surviving are his sons, Timothy (Irene) Jackemeyer of Harlan and Mark (Cheryl) Jackemeyer of Fort Wayne; sister, Wilma Sills of Fort Wayne; companion, Lois Peterson of Orland, five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Cleora Jackemeyer, in 1962; and brother, Norman Jackemeyer.
Memorial service was Monday, April 14, 2008 at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior.
Burial in Scipio Cemetery.
