TIME MANAGEMENT TIPS
•Instead of punishing yourself for wasting time, give yourself rewards each time you manage your time wisely. Reinforce in a positive way.
•Learn to say no without feeling guilty. If you are asked to do a job and you know you do not have the time to do it to the best of your ability, say no.
•Avoid meetings whenever possible. If you must have a meeting, prepare a specific agenda ahead of time and stick to it.
•Link errands together. Instead of four trips a day, go out just once and stop at the grocery store, dry cleaner, and bank in succession.
•Carry two books with you at all times: one to read when you are caught with time on your hands and one with blank pages so that you can write down any good ideas that you suddenly develop.
