WAYNEDALE PICNIC
Dear Friends of the Waynedale Community,
We have set the date for our famous Waynedale Picnic for August 18th. Our picnic has grown over the last four years thanks to your contributions. The event is a great way for our community to come together.
Attendance for last year’s picnic was almost twelve hundred people. Over five hundred children enjoyed the games and events. It was a fun day for the Waynedale community.
Thanks to your generous donations, our picnic is a free event for our community. Can we count on your donation to help make this year’s picnic the success it has been in the past? Your donation covers the cost of food, drinks, game prizes and door prizes. Donations usually range from $50 to $100 or whatever you or your business can afford. We can also use volunteers on the day of the picnic. Feel free to wear your company’s business shirt.
Contact us soon for any business ads, cards or flyers you wish for us to distribute at the picnic. If your company or business would like to sponsor a booth with information for the public, contact us as soon as possible to secure a spot.
