MABLE M. (HERMAN) McMILLEN, 77
MABLE M. (HERMAN) McMILLEN, 77, died Monday, May 28, 2007, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. Born April 4, 1930, in Yoder, she was the daughter of Walter and Sarah (Louise) Herman.
She retired from Paul Harding High School and enjoyed volunteering her time at American Legion Post 296.
Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Russell G. McMillen; sons, Michael (Nancy) of Franklin, Tennessee, Dennis (Gale) of Mansfield, Ohio and Kenneth (Sandra) of Fort Wayne; daughter, Kathleen (Steven) Smith of Fort Wayne; six grandchildren; two great-grand-children; three step grandchildren; seven step great-grandchildren; and brothers, Donald Herman and Raymond Herman, both of Fort Wayne, and Edwin Herman of Ossian.
Service was Friday, June 1, 2007 at D.O. McComb & Sons Foster Park Funeral Home, 6301 Fairfield Ave. Calling was Thursday, May 31, 2007 at the funeral home. Burial in Highland Park Cemetery.
