KAREN ANN MULLINS, 45, of Fort Wayne, died Tuesday, April 17, 2007. Born January 10, 1962, she was a beautician at Englewood Health & Rehabilitation Center, Fort Wayne.

Survived by her husband, Jeffry Dale Mullins of Fort Wayne; Stepfather and mother, Bill (Genevieve) Stapleton of Fort Wayne; sons, Justin Bivens and Zach Partridge, both of Fort Wayne; stepdaughters, Brittanie Mullins and Briana Mullins, both of Fort Wayne; brother, Jeff Stapleton of Fort Wayne; sisters, Cookie Honeycutt of Fort Wayne and Caranall Uffelman of Hoagland; and half-sisters, Sherry and Sharon Stephenson of Middlesboro, Kentucky.

Service was Saturday, April 21, 2007 at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne. Burial at Prairie Grove Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
