GARLAND D. BOYD, 76
GARLAND D. BOYD, 76, of Ossian, died Sunday, March 11, 2007, in Jasper, Florida. Born October 7, 1930, in Columbia City, he was a moldmaker/QC at Zollner Pistons, retiring in February 1, 1992. He was a member of Hope Missionary Church, Certified Professional Picture Framer and original owner of Garland Art Gallery for 15 years.
Surviving are his wife, Juanita J. Boyd of Ossian; two daughters, Karen B. (David) Hintzman of Uniondale, and Beverly A. (Chris) Stier of Ossian; two grandchildren, Christopher Stier and April Stier, both of Ossian; two brothers, Larry (Carolyn) Boyd of Wolf Lake and Phillip Boyd of Mississippi; and spiritually adopted grandchildren, John Michael and Becky, both of St. Mary’s, Ohio. A Celebration of Life Service was Sunday, March 25, 2007 at Hope Missionary Church, 429 E. Dustman Road, Bluffton. Burial was at Covington Memorial Gardens.
