I was recently on an airplane and noticed how easy it could be to catch an illness/disease from another person being in such a close space. Then it hit me, I need to find something to boost my immune system in order to avoid contacting anything. Then I thought, why should I just boost my immune system for certain situations, why don’t I find a way to make my immune system so effective that I can prevent common airborne diseases all together, and in turn help fight off other diseases. After doing some research, I came across the answer. But before I get to it, I just want you to be aware of products out there which are misleading and may not be as effective.

I recommend that you try to avoid any synthetic or un-natural vitamins. The best way to do this is by reading the label of your multivitamins. Look for the substance that they derive vitamin E from. Vitamin E in supplements is found in a form called a tocopheryl. There are several forms of tocopheryl, but they all start with a d. If it reads dl-alpha, beta, etc… (look for the “l” after the “d”) then it is a synthetic vitamin. These are usually your bulk vitamins found as generic labels in mega-stores. If you have a question about if the vitamin you take is synthetic or not, please call or e-mail me. Otherwise, I highly recommend that you take vitamins where the nutrients are obtained directly from a plant/flower/or fruit source.

What I take, and sell here, is a vitamin from a company called Mannatech®. It’s a multivitamin and is called Phytomatrix®. I also take a substance called Ambertose® which is a mixture of glyconutrients. Information on all of these vitamins can be found at two websites. www.glycoscience.org and www.mannatech.com. Another vitamin I take can be found at your local drug store and is called “Airborne®”. I usually take this with my vitamins, one tablet each day every other week, to help boost my immune system even more. Overall, by taking these vitamins, I can say that I have avoided severe illness since I have started this routine. I can’t say that I am totally healthy from just taking these supplements, so I maintain a healthy diet of fruit, vegetables, fish/chicken/pork, and exercise to keep the rest of my body healthy. One may think that by just maintaining a healthy lifestyle, you can avoid taking vitamins, but with all of these toxins in our environment and food today, they are now called “essential” vitamins. This plan works wonders for me, maybe it will work for you. I feel more energetic, less fatigued, happier, smarter, and overall healthier than ever before. So give it a try and help your body to remember what it feels like to be 20 again.
