CATHERINE H. RANG, 68
CATHERINE H. RANG, 68, of Fort Wayne, went home to Jesus Tuesday, April 4, 2006, at Hospice Home. Born in Fort Wayne, she was the daughter of the late George Vorndran and Elsie (Lehman). She was a medical secretary at Lutheran Hospital for over 30 years, retiring in 2005. She was a member of St. John The Baptist Catholic Church.
Surviving are her husband, Rodger A. Rang; sons, Rodger P. (Nannette) and John R. (Diana), both of Fort Wayne; daughters, Robin (Lee) Biddle of Fort Wayne and Kristy (Rodney) Bradley of Columbus, Ohio; sisters, Dorothy Connors, Mary Stolz, Maggie Simone and Charlotte Smith, all of Fort Wayne, and Lucy Cartan of Seattle, Washington; and 10 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, George Jr., Bernard, Morris, Eugene and John Vorndran.
Mass of Christian Burial was Monday, April 10, at St. John The Baptist Catholic Church, Fairfield Avenue, Fr. Daryl Rybiki officiating. Visitation was at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Home, Winchester Road Chapel, 6424 Winchester Road, Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery.
