BETTY LOUISE HAIFLICH, 77
BETTY LOUISE HAIFLICH, 77, of Fort Wayne, died Friday, March 31, 2006. Born February 27, 1929, in Churubusco, she worked in Environmental Services at Lutheran Hospital.
“She loved golfing, bowling, crocheting, jigsaw puzzles and especially loved her grandchildren.”
Survived by her sons, James Patrick Haiflich of Plano, Florida and Joseph Allen (Tari) Haiflich of Rome City, Ind.; daughter, Bonita Louise Barth of Fort Wayne; brothers, Robert Grawcock of Columbia City and Donald Grawcock of Syracuse; sisters, Doris Stahley of Syracuse and Willodean Grawcock of Fort Wayne; and grandchildren, Dale Haiflich, Shane Barth, Tonya Haiflich, Shanda Allen, Dee Love-Barngrover and Amanda Haiflich.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley O. Haiflich, on January 30, 1991; and son, Jay Haiflich.
Service was Tuesday, April 4, at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home for Funerals, 6811 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne. Burial at Oak Lawn Cemetery.
