GOLFREY C. “RED” DILLON, 79
GOLFREY C. “RED” DILLON, 79, of Fort Wayne, died Monday, October 10, 2005, at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne. Born September 16, 1926, in Rowin County, Kentucky, he served in the Army during World War II. He was a toolmaker for 36 years at General Electric, retiring in 1986; and worked ground maintenance at Physicians Plaza for 27 years, retiring in 1987. He was a member of American Legion Post 241.

Surviving are his wife, Winifred M. Dillon of Fort Wayne; sons, James Eldon Bieber of Churubusco, Scott Allen Bieber of Henryville and Martin Wayne Bieber of Grand Rapids, Michigan; two grandsons; and one granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by one sister.
Funeral service was Thursday, October 13 at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne. Graveside service was at Prairie Grove Cemetery, with Military Honors by American Legion Post 241.
