DOROTHY McMAHON, 79

DOROTHY McMAHON, 79, of Fort Wayne, died Tuesday, October 4, 2005, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. Born December 1, 1925, in Terre Haute, she worked at Hoosier Ajax Tool & Die as a wire & die maker, retiring in 1990.
She was a member of American Legion Post 241 Auxiliary and AMVETS Post 33 Auxiliary, and attended Fellowship Missionary Church. She enjoyed crocheting and reading.
Surviving are daughter, Sandi (Bruce) Boester of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Andrew (Dana) Boester of Fort Wayne and Ashley Boester of Muncie and special niece and nephew, Marilyn Gerke and Jim Gill, both of Fort Wayne.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Freda VanOsdale; and niece, Sue Wilder.
Funeral service was Saturday, October 8, at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens, Fort Wayne.
