PHYLLIS A. HOFFMAN
PHYLLIS A. HOFFMAN, of Fort Wayne, died Tuesday, May 31, at her residence. Born September 21, 1932, she worked most recently at Scott’s Deli. She was a member of American Legion #241 Auxiliary, and was an avid golfer and bowler. She was a loving mother and grandmother.
She is survived by a daughter, Jami Wyss of Hoagland, Indiana, and a son, John Hoffman of Baxter, Indiana, a sister, of Clearwater, Florida, five grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Hoffman, deceased in 1996, parents, Joseph and Margaret Bonar Durnell, and brothers, Joseph and Dale Durnell.
Visitation was Friday, June 3, at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne.
