ANTHONY “TONY” M. EVANS, 42
ANTHONY “TONY” M. EVANS, 42, died Saturday, May 21, 2005, at St. Joseph Hospital, Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, he was employed at Fort Wayne Community Schools. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed fishing, but most of all he loved his family. He was the love of Tonja’s life! He attended Brookside Community Church.
“To Tony and Daddy: you’ll always be in our hearts, we’ll miss you forever! Love you so much.”
Survived by his wife, Tonja Evans of Fort Wayne; daughters, Madison and Morgan at home; father, Donald Evans of Venice, Florida; mother, Shirley Evans of Fort Wayne; brother, Tim (Kelly) Evans of Fort Wayne; two nephews; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins and many, many dear friends.
Service was Thursday, May 26 at Brookside Community Church, 6102 Evard Road. Burial in Concordia Cemetery Gardens.
Arrangements by D.O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Road.
