DANIEL R. HORTON, 17

DANIEL R. HORTON, 17, died Wednesday, March 2, 2005, in Fort Wayne. He was born in Fort Wayne. He was in the marching band and jazz band at Heritage Jr./Sr. High School, where he was a junior. He loved the band, reading and playing computer games. He worked at the Waynedale Pizza Hut and loved his job and pizza.

Survivors include parents, Gilbert R. and Sheri L. Horton of Fort Wayne; sister, Sara E. Horton of Fort Wayne; grandparents, Gilbert and Linda Horton of Salvisa, Kentucky, Patricia Leighty of Nicholsville, Kentucky and Ray and Lorene Parks of Fort Wayne; great-grandmother, Ruth Bailey of Cincinnati, Ohio; uncles, Anthony Parks, Anthony and Therrol Horton; aunts, Angelia, Melissa and Sandy Horton; and cousins, Devin, Joseph, Cherish and Silvara.

Private family services. Calling was Sunday, March 6, at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave.
