WEDDING DISPLAYS
Who: The History Center, 302 East Berry
What: Showcase of over sixty wedding displays
When: October 8-31, 2004, Tuesday-Friday, 9-5am, Saturday and Sunday, Noon-5pm
Where: 302 E. Berry Street
Over sixty displays featuring vintage and contemporary wedding dresses as well as memorabilia, period music, photos, video, traditions and much more will be on view at the History Center.

FREE CONCERT
Who: Saint Michael Lutheran Church
Where: 2131 Getz Road (halfway between Illinois Road and Time Corners)
When: Sat., Oct. 16 at 6pm

WINE TASTING
Who: Cystic Fibrosis & Psychology Club at IPFW
What: Wine tasting of over 70 wines, food from local restaurants and alternative drink stations that includes import beer and martinis
When: Friday, November 19, from 6:30-10pm
Where: Historical Tower Bank Building in downtown Fort Wayne
Cost: The entrance fee in advance is $40, which includes a free wine tasting glass, or $45 at the door. There will be live music as well as a silent auction. Proceeds go to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the event will be sponsored by TransWorks. 90- cents of every dollar will go to the foundation. WOMEN’S PRAYER BREAKFAST
What: 35th Annual Christian Women’s Prayer Breakfast
When: Thur., Oct. 21
Doors open at 7:30am, breakfast at 8am
Where: Appleseed Room of the Memorial Coliseum, 4000 Parnell Avenue
Reservations and tickets are necessary.
Donations of $12 per person and tables of eight can be reserved at $96, payable at time of reservation.

FALL BAZAAR
Who: Waynedale United Methodist Women
What: Annual Fall Bazaar
When: Nov. 6, 9am-2pm
Where: Waynedale United Methodist Church, 2501 Church Street
Crafts, baked goods, apple dumplings, and snack bar (10:30am-1:00pm).
All proceeds go towards “Pledge to Missions”
