ALICE P. COX, 86

ALICE P. COX, 86, of Fort Wayne, died Monday, August 30, 2004, at Covington Manor, Fort Wayne. Born June 2, 1918, in Allen County, she retired from Magnavox in 1980, after 40 years of service. She was a member of Waynedale United Methodist Church and enjoyed painting scenery-still life.

Surviving are stepdaughter, Barbara Jean Martin of Milwaukee, Oregon; sisters, Helen Sipe and Lois Tarr, both of Fort Wayne; a number of nieces and nephews; and one step-granddaughter and one step-grandson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Cox, in 1997.

Service was Thursday, September 2, at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Rd. Burial at Covington Memorial Gardens.

Memorials to Waynedale United Methodist Church or Southern Care Hospice.
