KINGSTON RESIDENCE, 7515 WINCHESTER ROAD, HAD THEIR ANNUAL STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SURVEY
Kingston Residence, 7515 Winchester Road, had their annual State Department of Health Survey on May 17 and 18, 2004. The survey found Kingston Residence to be in substantial compliance and no state deficiencies were cited. Kingston Residence has been deficiency-free five out of our last six surveys.

Kingston Residence is an assisted living community which has held a residential license for 20 years. The community has sixty-two apartments and offers amenities such as meals, housekeeping, laundry, activities and transportation. Kingston Residence offers a wellness service that will provide medication management and administration for no additional fee.
