RICHARD IZDEPSKI, 47
RICHARD IZDEPSKI, 47, of Fort Wayne, died Sunday, December 21, 2003, at Lutheran Hospital. Born February 9, 1956, in South Bend, he was a Tele-marketer for Nuview Exteriors.
Surviving are his wife Susan E. Izdepski of Fort Wayne; sisters Marti Gilmore and Trisha Werntz, both of South Bend; brothers David Ladd of Holland, Mich. and Mikel Ladd of Maine.
He was preceded in death by a daughter Racheal Lynn Izdepski.
Service was Wednesday, December 31, 2003 at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road. Burial at Covington Memorial Gardens.
