Stop in and have one of their “Home Cooked” and delicious lunches from 11am to 1:30pm daily Monday through Friday.

Who: American Legion Post 241 Auxiliary
What: Annual Turkey Dinner, with mashed potatoes & gravy, stuffing, green beans, cranberry relish, dinner roll, and pie
When: Sunday, November 9, 2003 from 11am to 3pm
Where: American Legion Post 241, 7605 Bluffton Road
Cost: Adults $6 – Children 10 and under $3
Why: Homebaked goods auction starts at 4pm. The proceeds from the baked goods will go toward the Auxiliary’s Charity for 2003-2004, the Indiana Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Home for Children at Knightstown, Indiana.

QUIET WARRIORS CHAPTER OF THE KOREAN WAR VETERANS ASSOCIATION

We will be meeting at 8421 Bluffton Road, on November 1, 2003. Breakfast starts at 9am and the meeting will follow at 10am.‑ We welcome any Korean War Veterans from either the Korean War Era or those who have served in Korea since that time.‑ Spouses and friends are also welcome to join us.‑ The following meeting will be Dec. 6th if you are unable to attend this meeting. KOREAN WAR VETERANS’ ASSOCIATION INDIANA CHAPTER ONE MEETING

The November meeting of the KWVAIC#1 will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2003. There will be a time change from 9am to 8am due to the Veterans Day parade that morning. We will also vote for the new officers for the year 2004. Bring your spouses and friends and join us at the meeting and go to the parade with us.

 

REMEMBER: “FREEDOM IS NOT FREE!” SOMEONE HAD TO PAY FOR IT!
