1ST ANNUAL JERRY LEWIS M.D.A. KARAOKE MARATHON

On Labor Day, September 1st, 2003 the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #248 held its 1st ever Muscular Dystrophy Marathon. It was a huge success. The Aerie would like to thank the members for making it a great event. Special thanks to all those who volunteered to help, along with the following karaoke groups who volunteered their time: George & Betty, Music Makers, Blackbeard, and Tunes on Tap. This years’ chairman was Roy Chapman who organized the entire event.

President Carl “Cid” Didier, along with Nick Griffith-Secretary, Larry Brown and Roy Chapman-Trustees presented Sandy Thomson from Channel 15 with their MDA check in the amount of $5,000.
