POST HOURS – The post opens for business at 11am every day.
JAZZ CLUB
Jazz Club trying out new venue. The Fort Wayne Jazz Club will hold a jam session on Sunday, January 5, 2003 from 2pm to 5pm at American Legion Post 296, which is located on Tillman Road, just west of Calhoun Street. Leah Tourkow, the well-known DJ at WBNI and WBOI will be Emcee (MC). The Eric Clancy Combo will be the opening group. After that some of the best musicians in the area are expected to sit in for the jam session. This Jazz Club event is open to the public. There is no admission charge. All jazz lovers are invited to enjoy great jazz; progressive, Dixieland, or whatever in a pleasant atmosphere with refreshments available.

NEW YEAR’S GREETINGS TO K.W.V.A. “QUIET WARRIORS CHAPTER”
Our next meeting will be on Saturday, January 4, 2003 at Richard’s Restaurant in the Westland Mall, at the corner of Jefferson & Getz Rd. We will have Breakfast at 10 a.m. and the meeting will follow. We welcome veterans who served during the Korean War Era, along with those who served there since then. VOITURE 37 of the 40et8, 7301 Decatur Road, would like to extend a welcome to visit our Chateau. We have noon lunch specials from 11am to 2pm, Monday – Friday. We have Coney Dogs on Tuesday nights from 5pm to 8pm. On Wednesdays have some fun playing cards with a great group of people from 12 to (?).
