CAROLYN C. MAYO, 55
Carolyn C. Mayo, 55, died Thursday, January 2, 2003 at Lutheran Hospital. A native of Fort Wayne, she was a homemaker and a member of First Church of the Nazarene. She is survived by husband Donnie Wayne Mayo, Fort Wayne; daughter Diana Phillips, Fort Wayne; sister Judy Jackson, Fort Wayne; brothers James R. Watts, Fort Wayne; and Paul L. Watts, Fort Wayne. Services were held Tuesday, January 7, 2003 at the First Church of the Nazarene, 3515 W. State with burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Memorials to the church.
