LETTER TO THE EDITOR
Friends,
Fort Wayne Rescue Mission Ministries will hold its annual Community Christmas Dinner from 12noon to 3pm on Christmas Day, December 25, 2002. The bountiful traditional meal with turkey and all the trimmings will be provided free of charge as a gift from the Mission’s supporters. People are encouraged to bring their families and friends to this festive event.
Carryouts will be provided for friends and family who are unable to attend. If you wish only to take food to others, please enter the east side of the building under the green welcome awning. Diners should enter the Mission through the main entrance at the Mission’s headquarters building which is located at 301 West Superior Street in downtown Fort Wayne. For more information, please call Dr. Jim Dance at 426-7357. Our goal is that no one in the Fort Wayne area will have less than a warm and filling Christmas Day.
Our saying is, “A home for the homeless, food for the hungry, and hope for their future through Jesus Christ.”
