WAYNEDALE VETERANS’ NEWS
A TIME TO GIVE THANKS
It will soon be time to give thanks in a grand way for our blessings. Since 9-11-02 many of our military personnel have went into battle on foreign soil. That has happened to some of our own members right here at our post. Linda Becker, Past Commander (33), also a member of the color guard, served in the no-fly zone – Iraq and recently returned from the Middle East. Dale Remmert, another member of the color guard recently returned from his rotation in Bosnia. At our post Thanksgiving Dinner on Saturday, November 16th – 3pm, a Salute of Thanks will honor their service and safe return. – Chrm. Shorty Geiger, PC
