VIRGINIA E. RUTKOWSKI, 83
Virginia E. Rutkowski, 83, died Thursday, June 20, 2002 at Lutheran Hospital. A native of Nitro, West Virginia, she was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by a brother, Clifford V. Zieg, Jr. She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church. She enjoyed participating in The Southmoor Singers for many years. She was the daughter of Clifford V. Zieg and Dorothy A. (Pasdach) Rutkowski.
She is survived by husband Herman J. Rutkowski, Fort Wayne; son Richard A. Rutkowski, Fort Wayne; daughter Karen D. Johnson, Fort Wayne; sister Betty Wilkie, Lima, Ohio; and 5 grandchildren.
Services were held Monday, June 24, 2002 at Redeemer Lutheran Church with burial in Concordia Cemetery Gardens. Preferred Memorials to Redeemer Lutheran Church or The ARC of Northeastern Indiana.
