DONALD F. STIER, 76

Donald F. Stier, 76, died Sunday, March 3 at Lutheran Hospital. A native of Fort Wayne, he was a store manager with Sears & Roebuck Company for 28 years. He retired in 1980. He was a World War II Navy Veteran, a member of American Legion Post 296, and belonged to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by a son, Bradley who passed away in 1973.

He is survived by his wife Gaynell J, daughters Sharon Myers, Fort Wayne; Marsha Blaugh, Columbia City, Indiana; six brothers, eight sisters, three grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

Services – Mass of Christian Burial – was held Wednesday, March 6 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church with burial in Catholic Cemetery. Graveside Military Rites by American Legion Post 296. Memorials to St. Joseph Home Care Nurses or Masses.
