MARYLIN WRIGHT, 66

Marylin Wright, 66, died Sunday, January 6, at Parkview Hospital. A native of Ligonier, Indiana, she was a receptionist at F.O.E. #248 for 13 years. She retired in 2000. She was a member of American Legion Auxiliary #296, F.O.E. Auxiliary #248, and VFW Auxiliary #10,006. She loved golf, bowling, and spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by a brother Bob Miller; sisters Margaret Poyser, and Devona Medsker.

She is survived by husband John Jack Wright, Fort Wayne; sons John C. Wright Jr., Arlington, Texas; Joel Wright, Fort Wayne; daughters Geri Freiburger, Payne, Ohio; Judi Lindsay, Avon, Indiana; Jayne Proper, Fremont, Indiana; brothers Quentin Miller, Ligonier, Indiana; C. Jack Miller, Fort Wayne; sisters Eloise Arnold, Fort Wayne; Katherine Gangwer, Ligonier, Indiana; Barbara Woods, Fort Wayne; 6 Grandchldren; 4 step grandchildren; and 1 Great Granddaughter.

Services and burial were held Wednesday, January 9, at Prairie Grove Cemetery. Memorials to Allen County Cancer Society. Information provided by Elzey Patterson Rodak Home for Funerals.
