Victoria Lillan Insley Perez was stillborn Friday, September 14 at Parkview Hospital. She is survived by parents Victor Perez and Brandy Insley, Fort Wayne; Grandparents William Jr. and Bonnie Insley, Fort Wayne; and Karen Perez, Fort Wayne; Great Grandparents William Insley,Sr. Fort Wayne; and Donald and Yolanda Dager, Fort Wayne.

Services were private with burial in Lindenwood Cemetery. Memorials to S.I.D.S. Foundation Information furnished by Elzey Patterson Rodak Home for Funerals.
