ALICE WAYZATA CHILCOTE, 70

Alice Wayzata Chilcote, 70, died Monday, October 22 at Hospice Home of NE Indiana. A native of Huntington, Indiana she was owner of Best Way Cleaning Company for 21 years and retired in 1995. She was a member of First Missionary Church, Allen County Genealogical Society, Charter Member of Genealogical Society of Whitley County, Jefferson Homemakers Club, and a 4-H Club Leader for 10 years. She was a loving wife of 50 years, Mother, Grandmother, and a devoted Christian who will be greatly missed.

She is survived by husband Merle Louis Chilcote, Fort Wayne; daughter Irene M. Wagley, Fort Wayne; son Eldon L. Chilcote, Fort Wayne; brother Val Gene Huffman, Jeffersonville, Indiana; and 4 Grandchildren.

Services were held Friday, October 26 at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home for Funerals with burial in Covington Memorial Gardens. Memorials to 1st Missionary Church or Allen County Genealogical Society.
