JOHN E. ORMISTON, 92
John E. Ormiston, 92, died Sunday, February 16, 2003 at Lutheran Hospital. A native of Fort Wayne, he retired in 1972 from General Electric as a Supervisor after 42-1/2 years. He was a member of Trier Ridge Church of God. He enjoyed bowling and helped to form the GE Senior Bowling League.
He is survived by his wife Ruth P. Ormiston, Fort Wayne; daughter Judy Bostwick, Fort Wayne; sister Mary Griffith, Fort Wayne, 2 Grandchildren, and 1 Great Grandchild.
Services were held Wednesday, February 19, 2003 at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home for Funerals with burial in Covington Memorial Gardens. Memorials to Trier Ridge Church of God.
