NANDRAY “NAN” ANN WYATT, 44

Nandray “Nan” Ann Wyatt, 44 of St. Louis, Missouri, and formerly of Fort Wayne, died Tuesday, February 18, 2003. She was a 1976 graduate of Bishop Luers High School and had worked for KMOX, WBBM and WILM-AM radio stations. She was a widely popular broadcast personality, a first-rate news reporter and winner of the National Associated Press Award in 1995 for Enterprise Reporting. “Nan was a consummate professional, and we will miss her very much.” She was preceded in death by her father, former Editor of THE WAYNEDALE NEWS, Gerald E. Walicki who passed away in 1998.

She is survived by a son Drake; her mother and stepfather, Nancy and James Mills Sr.; sisters Dana Mella of Denver; Barbara Mills of Tampa, Florida; Jill Davis, St. Louis; Kelly Burdsal, St. Louis; brothers Jim Jr. St. Louis; David, Farmington; and her grandmother Dorothy Mills, Atlanta.

Funeral Mass was held Saturday, February 22, 2003 at St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church in St. Louis. A private burial was held. Memorials are to the Nan Wyatt Memorial Fund, c/o Jefferson Bank, 2301 Market Street, St. Louis, MO 63103. Information was provided by Bopp Chapel , Kirkwood, Missouri.
