FRANCILLE M. HENKENIAS TORRES, 74

Francille M. Henkenias Torres, 74, died Wednesday, March 26, 2003 at Lutheran Hospital. A native of Fort Wayne, she was an inspector at General Electric for 10 years. She was a player and coach for Fort Wayne Women’s Softball League and she enjoyed her grandkids. She was preceded in death by husband Leo Phillip Henkenias who passed away in 1955.

She is survived by her husband Mike Torres, Fort Wayne; son Vernon C. Torres, Fort Wayne; daughter Patricia A. Torres, Fort Wayne; brother Steve Piepenbrink, Hamilton, Indiana; and 3 Grandchildren.

Vigil Service was held Friday night at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home for Funerals; burial services were held on Saturday, March 29, 2003 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with burial in Lindenwood Cemetery. Memorials to St. Joseph Catholic Church Athletic Boosters.
