Ready to cast their ballots on Tuesday, November 4, 2003 were Dallas and Cari Dodane and Dora Saylor at Precinct #453, Mason Drive area in Waynedale.

There was a high interest in the mayoral race involving Mayor Graham Richard and Republican Linda Buskirk. In addition voters decided on a city clerk, and six district and three at-large City Council members.

Working at the Waynedale Poll: Karen Miller-Allen County Election Board Absentee List Courier, Sharon Krinn-Inspector, Carl Harz-Precinct Chairperson for #453, Candice Harz-Poll Book Holder for Precinct #453, Jerry Griffith-Clerk, Sandy Kruse-Clerk, Lilly Mertes-Democratic Judge, and Sonja Sodano-Republican Judge.
