STEPHEN F. ANDERSON, 57
Stephen F. Anderson, 57 of Yoder died Thursday, December 11, 2003 at Lutheran Hospital. Born February 6, 1946 in Fort Wayne, he retired from Commercial Warehouse & Cartage in 2001 as a truck driver. He also worked 12 years at International Harvester. He graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1964. He served in the United States Marines. He was a manager and coach for Time Corners Little League Baseball in the 80s and had been on the District 10 Little League Baseball Staff since 1989. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Fort Wayne.
Surviving is his wife of 31 years, Debby, sons Jason of Fort Wayne and Matt, at home, daughter and son-in-law Angie and Trent Hossler of New Haven, grandsons Jacob and Jarred, brothers David (Fran) of Montpelier, Ohio and James (Anne) of Indianapolis, mother Dorothy M. Anderson, of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by brothers-in-laws and sisters-in-laws Jerry and Kathey Kinsey, Kenny and Cindy Wilkins all of Fort Wayne, Dan and Mary Neuenschwander of Zanesville, Harry G. Jacobs of Fort Wayne and mother-in-law Betty Jacobs, of Fort Wayne and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father C. Wayne Anderson and his father-in-law Harry A. Jacobs.
Services were performed by Reverend Adam Schmitt on Monday, December 15, 2003 at St. Joseph Catholic Church; Prayers at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Homes, Winchester Road Chapel with burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials to Masses or District 10 Little League Baseball.
