CAROLYN S. THOMAS, 44
CAROLYN S. THOMAS, 44, of Fort Wayne, died Sunday, April 25, 2004, at Parkview Hospital. The Fort Wayne native was a self-employed painting contractor.
Survivors include husband, Kevin J. Thomas; daughters, Angela Thomas, Nicole Thomas, Pamela Thomas and Samantha Thomas, all of Fort Wayne; mother, Joan Eddington of Fort Wayne; brother, Franklin Smith of Fort Wayne; sisters, Sandra Bodhe, Kimberly Smith and Lisa Perkins, all of Fort Wayne.
Funeral Service was 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 28th at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Homes, Winchester Road Chapel, 6424 Winchester Road. Burial at Covington Memorial Gardens.
Preferred memorial to the Thomas family.
