MILDRED A. O’KEEFE, 78
MILDRED A. O’KEEFE, 78, of Fort Wayne, died Sunday, August 1, 2004, at home. Born October 28 1925, in Chicago, IL, she was the daughter of the late Peter S. and Mary A. (Nizich) Moros. She was a homemaker and worked as office manager for Arena Theatre and as receptionist for the Fort Wayne Chamber of Commerce.
Survivors include her husband, Raymond E. O’Keefe of Fort Wayne; three sons, Michael J. O’Keefe of Fountain Valley, CA, Thomas J. O’Keefe of Farmers Branch, TX, Timothy J. O’Keefe of Fort Wayne; daughter, Kathleen M. Cole of Carrollton, TX; and three grandchildren, Sarah, Michael Ray and Arthur.
Graveside service was Saturday, August 7, at Catholic Cemetery Gardens, Lake Avenue, with the Rev. Daryl Rybicki officiating. Arrangements by Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Homes, Winchester Road Chapel, 6424 Winchester Road.
Preferred memorials are The Arena Dinner Theatre, Indiana League for the Blind and Disabled or Cancer Services of Allen County.
