PAUL R. DIEHM, 48
PAUL R. DIEHM, 48, formerly of Fort Wayne, died Monday, August 2, 2004, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center, Lexington, KY. The Fort Wayne native was a member of the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph D. Diehm in 1985, and brother, Willard “Bill” Diehm, July 20, 2004.
Survivors include his wife, Fay Diehm of Pikeville, KY; son, Noah A. Diehm of Fort Wayne; stepsons, Stephen (Mary) Murphy and Michael (Wendy) Adkins, both of Dalton, GA, and Luther (Sheila) Adkins of Pikeville, KY; mother, Phyllis Diehm of Fort Wayne; brother, John H. (Judith) Diehm of San Antonio, TX; and eight step-grandchildren.
Graveside service was Friday, August 6, at Lindenwood Cemetery, 2324 W. Main St.
Arrangements by Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Homes, Wayne Street Chapel, 420 W. Wayne St.
