CLARE J. MOSES, 85

CLARE J. MOSES, 85, died Saturday, July 31, 2004, at her home. Mrs. Moses was born May 8, 1919, in Baltimore, Md. She was a Central High School graduate, attended Indiana University and was a member of Chi Omega Sorority. From 1965-2002, she co-owned Wildwood Place Apartments with her husband, Winfield C. Moses Sr., who preceded her in death in 1992.

Survivors include her stepsons, Winfield C. (Tamara) Moses Jr. and Michael L. Moses, both of Fort Wayne; step-grandchildren, Winfield Christopher Moses of Fort Wayne and Elizabeth Chakmakis of Lake Tahoe, Nevada; two step-great-grandchildren; and brother, Paul (Edna) Bente Jr. of Harrisburg, PA.

Private Family Services. Arrangements by Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Homes, Wayne Street Chapel, 420 W. Wayne St. Mrs. Moses requested that her memorial contributions be directed to: Kernan For Governor, 1 North Capitol Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46204
