DESIREE NOEL BUSKIRK, 13

DESIREE NOEL BUSKIRK, 13, of rural Fort Wayne, passed away Thursday, February 8, 2018. She was born November 15, 2004 in Fort Wayne to Marvin and Ednalyn (Noel) Buskirk. Desiree was a seventh grade student at Summit Middle School. She loved animals of all kinds and had hoped to be a veterinarian in the future.

She is survived by her parents; half-brother, Daniel D. Buskirk of Mason, Michigan; grandparents, Arsenia and Antonio Noel of Butuan, Philippines; nieces and nephews, Lauren North, Jana Gulliver, Wesley Buskirk, Landen Buskirk, Lucas Buskirk, Kohl Buskirk, and Neveah Buskirk; and a number of aunts and uncles.

Funeral service was Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Nine Mile United Methodist Church, 6303 Winters Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46809 with visitation one-hour prior. Visitation also Wednesday, February 14, 2018 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46809. Burial will be in Nine Mile Maplelawn Cemetery. Preferred memorials may be made to the church’s memorial fund. Visit www.elzey-patterson-rodakfuneralhome.com to leave condolences.
