CHRISTMAS IN THE COUNTRY When: Dec. 8 & 9, 6-9p Where: 2726 Carroll Road Fort Wayne Add’l: Experience a Christmas lit evening with the DeKalb County Horseman’s Association’s horse-drawn wagon rides. Enjoy a Nativity scene, choirs, music and live animals in a country barn. Indoors have your picture taken with Santa and Mrs. Claus sponsored by Kingston Health Care of Fort Wayne and Randy Williams Photography, for a nominal fee. All proceeds benefit buildings and grounds improvements at the Allen County Fairgrounds. Cost: $7 per person 3 years and under are free ANNUAL HOLIDAY CONCERT When: Tues, Dec. 12 7:30p Where: John & Ruth Rhinehart Music Center (IPFW campus) Add’l: The 80-piece concert band will perform. Add’l: The Waynedale Community Improvement Team & Waynedale Business Chamber invites you to view and bid on Holiday wreaths which will be on display at the library. Wreaths have been sponsored by and decorated by local businesses. Proceeds will benefit the Waynedale Corridor project.
