PRESCHOOLERS MAKE SANDWICHES FOR THE HOMELESS
On September 27, Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic School preschoolers helped to make bologna and cheese sandwiches for the homeless in Mrs. Sharen Gall’s preschool classes. Mrs. Gall talked to her students about people who have no homes and that this is one way to help them.
Mrs. Gall takes part in the group Catholics on a Mission, made up of Catholic laity and the Franciscan Brothers Minor. The group hands out food and other necessities to the homeless every other Tuesday at a location near the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception downtown.
